The lot undergoes the experimental Mossto Nitro CM Watermelon process, combining carbonic maceration with a watermelon-enriched mossto fermentation before careful drying. The result is an intensely aromatic profile led by juicy watermelon, nostalgic Hubba Bubba sweetness and vibrant raspberry notes.
