A VIBRANT CHERRY CO-FERMENTATION
Produced at Los Patios La Plata in Colombia, this expressive Castillo coffee is grown between 1600 and 1900 metres above sea level. Its distinctive profile combines ripe cherry character, smooth vanilla and pronounced sweetness.
The coffee is processed using a Honey, Cherry Co-Fermentation method and finished with a light roast. The result is a fruit-forward and aromatic filter coffee with a balanced structure, sweet cherry notes and a soft vanilla character.
