A FLORAL ETHIOPIAN EXPRESSION
Bona Zuria is a distinctive Ethiopian specialty coffee produced at Bona Zuria Station and grown at elevations between 2100 and 2350 metres above sea level. This carefully selected lot combines JARC 71158, JARC 74165 and Ethiopian heirloom varieties.
Its anaerobic natural process develops an expressive profile of ripe pink fruits, delicate rose and lively lime. Light roasting preserves the coffee’s floral character, vibrant acidity and structured body, making it an excellent choice for V60 and other filter brewing methods.
